Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo today announced the new colour variant of iQoo Z5. The company has introduced iQoo Z5 Cyber Grid Edition in the Indian market today. To recall the smartphone was launched in the country in September this year in two colour variants and now a new shade has been added to the family. The rest of the specifications of the smartphone remains the same as the original version.
iQoo Z5 Cyber Grid Edition price in India and availability
iQoo Z5 Cyber Grid Edition is being offered in two different configurations of 8GB RAM with 128GB of storage and 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option. The price of the younger sibling is set at 23,990 and the elder sibling will be available at Rs 26,990. The is now available for purchase via the e-commerce website Amazon in the country. In addition to this, the company is also offering a Rs 1,500 discount on the 8GB variant.
iQoo Z5 arrived in India in September this year. The original model also comes in a similar RAM and storage variant and pricing. The phone was introduced in two colour options of Arctic Dawn and Mystic Space. With the addition of the new colour option, users can now select from three different shades.
iQoo Z5 Cyber Grid Edition specifications
iQoo Z5 Cyber Grid Edition comes with a 6.67-inch full HD+ LCD display with 1,080 X 2,400 pixels of resolution and 120Hz refresh rate with 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also has HDR 10 support along with a DCI-P3 colour gamut and offers a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is TUV Rheinland rated. The phone operates on Origin OS 1.0 on top of Android 11 out of the box. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC with Adreno 642L GPU with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For the photos and videos, the iQoo Z5 Cyber Grid Edition is highlighted with a triple rear camera set-up that includes a 64-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.79 aperture. The set-up also housed an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, there is a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.45 aperture.
In addition to this, the device comes with VC liquid cooling for temperature reduction, 4G game vibration along with the linear motor, and Ultra Game Mode 2.0 for gaming. For connectivity, there is 5G, tri-band W-Fi with 2.4 GHz, 5.1 GHz and 5.8GHz bands, Bluetooth v5.2, USB Type C port, USB OTG, GPS and 3.3mm headphone jack. The sensors on the phone include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Face Wake unlock, gravity, ambient light, proximity, gyroscope and compass. The device also includes dual stereo speakers. The phone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 44W flash charge fast charging tech.
