Lenovo Idea Tab Plus with AI features and 10,200mAh battery launched in India

The global introduction of the device occurred in September.

Lenovo has released the Idea Tab Plus in India. It features a 12.1-inch display, a 10,200mAh battery, and comes in a single Luna Grey colour. The gadget is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6400 chipset. It is referred to as the premium variant, after the regular Lenovo Idea Tab, which was introduced in August. The tablet also has a vibrant 12.1-inch display with a 90 Hz refresh rate. Aside from that, the device includes a few AI functions, such as Google Circle to Search and Gemini AI support.

Lenovo’s Idea Tab Plus is priced at Rs 27,999 for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage option, which also includes a 5G connection. For those looking for a top variant, the tablet with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, as well as a Wi-Fi connection, costs Rs 30,999.

Each model conveniently includes the Tab Pen stylus in the package. The tablet is presently available for pre-order and will be on sale on December 22 through Lenovo’s official website and Amazon. The gadget is available in a single colour option: Luna Grey.

The gadget is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 CPU, which, when paired with up to 12GB of RAM, provides powerful performance capable of handling multitasking and demanding apps. In terms of storage, the tablet has up to 256GB of internal capacity, which can accommodate a large number of files and apps. It also runs on Android 15, so customers get the latest features and advancements straight out of the box. It also offers major software features, including Lenovo NotePad for note-taking, Circle to Search for fast access to information, and Gemini for improved multitasking. Furthermore, it supports the Tab Pen stylus, which allows for more precise input and a better user experience, particularly for creative work.

The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus is a high-performance tablet with a 12.1-inch LCD that has a wonderful 2.5K resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring a seamless visual experience. The screen has a peak brightness of 800 nits, which improves vision in different lighting conditions.

The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus has a competent optical setup, with a single rear camera with 13 megapixels for high-quality photos and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
