How to Enable Automatic Dubbing on your YouTube Channel

Don’t let language limit your channel’s reach. Enable automatic dubbing and reach users around the globe.

YouTube’s automatic dubbing tool allows creators to expand their reach by making their content accessible to a whole new linguistic audience. Tucked away in YouTube Studio, this feature lets you preview the dubs before you publish them on your profile. The dubbed videos reach users with the relevant languages in the ‘preferred’ section in their profiles. Users get the option to switch between the audio tracks. Here’s how you can enable automatic dubbing for the videos on your YouTube channel.

Final Thoughts

YouTube is still working on this feature to get rid of quirks like mispronunciations, mistranslations, background noise transparency, and mismatched voices and accents. These issues will be addressed over a period of time. Once you enable this feature, YouTube may also apply it to your previous videos after some time.
