Asus has unveiled the pricing and availability of the Asus Pad in India. The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor powers the tablet, enhancing its performance. The tablet is powered by Android 16. It sports a 12.2-inch 2.8K OLED display that offers vibrant visuals for users. Furthermore, the smartphone is equipped with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM for smooth multitasking. The Asus Pad is also powered by a massive 9,000mAh battery that offers long-lasting use, and it packs four speakers that enhance its audio experience for multimedia consumption.
The ASUS Pad will be available for purchase from 6 August 2026. In India, the device will be available for purchase via several channels, including Flipkart, ASUS eShop, ASUS & ROG Stores, Reliance Digital and authorised ASUS retail partners. The gadget is offered in two configurations – Rs 45,990 (8GB/128GB) and Rs 49,990 (8GB/256GB). Besides, ASUS also offers financing options via its Easy Pay solutions. It provides various payment plans that include a no-cost EMI option for up to 12 months beginning at Rs 3,833 per month.
Specifications and Features
The ASUS Pad T3201 arrives with a 12.2-inch dual-layer OLED screen, which can provide a 2.8K resolution at 2800×1840. It boasts a 3:2 aspect ratio, a high refresh rate of 144Hz and a wonderful 92% screen-to-body ratio. The display has a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and a usual brightness of 600 nits but can achieve a peak brightness of 2000 nits. It is also TUV certified with minimal flicker and low blue light output, making it perfect for long hours of usage without straining your eyes.
The ASUS Pad T3201 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek D8300 processor which can reach up to 3.35GHz. It has 8GB LPDDR5x RAM and comes in 128GB or 256GB storage variants with UFS 3.1 technology. Moreover, it contains a microTF slot that enables the storage extension up to 1TB. The device operates on Android 16.
Connectivity is covered by Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for better wireless performance. Four speakers with Dolby Atmos technology provide 360° cinematic sound to reinforce the listening experience. GlideX lets you easily share and collaborate across devices. It supports many operating systems such as Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. Users may connect to different personal computers and smartphones with either wired (USB) or wireless (Wi-Fi) options.
The ASUS Pad T3201 has a 5MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera that lets you take photos and video call and unlock the face using the front camera. It also contains a strong 9,000mAh lithium polymer battery that can be charged with a 45W Type-C adapter, which enables a fast charging speed of up to 50% in just 30 minutes.

This gadget has a protective shell that allows for four different and diverse modes of usage. It works well as a note-taking, sketching, and document-editing tool and supports the ASUS Pen 2.0 and a Bluetooth keyboard. Also, it has numerous sensors, such as an accelerometer, gyro, Hall sensor and light sensor. It has a USB Type-C 3.0 port with DisplayPort 1.4 and Power Delivery 3.0 capability.
