Samsung Care+, the official service and repair program for Samsung Galaxy devices in India, now offers additional benefits to its customers. After the upgrade the Samsung Care+ programme will allow users to avail of two claims annually, enhancing consumer experience and satisfaction. The official service and repair program for Samsung Galaxy devices in India, Samsung Care+ has been refreshed with new benefits, now offering up to two claims per year for screen and accidental damages. The plan is applicable only to those who purchased a Care+ plan on or after May 14, 2024.
According to the company, the two claims in a year are applicable for both screen protection as well as accidental and liquid damage protection plans. Officially approved plan for Galaxy smartphones, Samsung Care+, offers 100% coverage without depreciation along with the extra convenience of walk-in and pick-up and drop claim registration.
