Samsung Galaxy Watch FE price tipped, colour options revealed

Samsung is rumoured to launch the Galaxy Watch FE at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event, alongside the Galaxy Watch 7 series.

Samsung is anticipated to unveil the much-discussed Galaxy Watch FE, an entry-level wearable device, alongside the Galaxy Watch 7 series during the forthcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. The gadget has been reported to be an updated Galaxy Watch 4 model. Recently, the wearable device’s price and possible colour options appeared on an online retailer. Look over the information below.

Samsung is rumoured to launch the Galaxy Watch FE at the next Galaxy Unpacked event, alongside the Galaxy Watch 7 series. According to a report by YTECHB the wearable device is expected to be available in three colours — Black, Pink Gold, and Silver. The information was leaked after the upcoming smartwatch was spotted listed on the Amazon Italy website. As per the listing, the device will make its debut with a price tag of EUR 199 which translates to Rs 17,900. 

Furthermore, the Samsung Galaxy Watch FE is listed to come in a single 40mm variant.

As per speculations, Samsung is likely to introduce the Galaxy Watch FE on July 10th at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris. Alongside the Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra, the device is anticipated to be released in the UK and North America. Samsung is anticipated to release other next-generation gadgets, such as tablets, the Galaxy Ring, flip and foldable phones, and more. 

A 1.2-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1.5GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage are among the features and characteristics of the rumoured Galaxy Watch FE that are revealed in the images leaked by a popular tipster. The Galaxy Watch FE shares many internal parts with the previous generation Galaxy Watch 4, which was released in 2021.

Leaks indicate that the Galaxy Watch FE’s 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display has a resolution of 396×396 pixels. It might be powered by  Samsung’s Exynos W920 chipset, which has 16GB of storage and 1.5GB of RAM. Wear OS, based on One UI Watch 5, is rumoured to come pre-installed.  

A 247mAh battery will be included in the Galaxy Watch FE. It is said to provide a battery life of up to 30 hours. The smartwatch will probably enable magnetic wireless charging. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and GPS connectivity options are rumoured to be included. It could include a geomagnetic sensor, gyroscope, barometer, accelerometer, and more.
