Another big improvement on the iPadOS 18 is the diverse range of customisation features. Users can now change the app layout, app icon size, and app icon colour, and swap the default controls on the lock screen. On top of that, the new Control Centre is divided into different pages and can be edited to include more tiles.

The 6th Gen iPad, 12.9-inch 2nd Gen iPad Pro, and 10.5-inch iPad Pro are not eligible to receive the iPadOS 18.
