Sony India recently added the BZ53L 98 (248.92 cm) display to the Pro BRAVIA portfolio. Sony’s unique Deep Black Non-Glare Coating technology is featured on this display, suited for corporate, educational, and retail applications. The display has low glare, outstanding picture quality, and high brightness. The 98 cm model joins Sony’s existing Deep Black Non-Glare offerings, which include 55, 65, 75, and 85-inch sizes.
Sony’s BZ53L 98 display has been launched in India at Rs 20,00,000. The Pro Bravia display is scheduled to go on sale in the country on July 15.
The new professional Bravia display Sony BZ53L 98 features Sony’s Deep Black Non-Glare Coating technology, which provides low reflection, great contrast, and perfect image quality. The technique is said to address the challenges with digital signage in high ambient or direct lighting situations, improving content quality. The new Bravia display comes with a 4K panel with a high refresh rate of 120 Hz. It further includes the XR TRILUMINOS Pro effect and a brightness of 780 nits. It has portrait and tilt orientations, handles for convenient transportation, and a discreet logo placement.
Furthermore, there is a Full Array Local Dimming backlight and 24-hour operating support. The display also supports Pro Mode, simplifying custom settings and improving usability, installation flexibility, and sustainability.

The BZ53L model has a user-friendly interface and supports Apple AirPlay2, Google Chromecast, and Google Meet. It also includes a Software API for connecting devices directly to the display. The BRAVIA Signage Free app can be quickly loaded on a USB flash drive to gain access to the free digital signage player. The BZ53L uses recycled plastic materials and packaging, and it incorporates Power-Saving Mode, which allows the displays to turn off when not in use.
