Redmi Pad Pro 5G, Redmi Pad SE 4G launched in India

The Redmi Pad Pro series will be available in two variants- Wi-Fi and 5G.

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi today expanded its tablet portfolio in India with the launch of two new devices- Redmi Pad Pro 5G, and Redmi Pad SE 4G. The Pad Pro is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and features a 120Hz display. The 4G tablet on the other hand has a 90Hz LCD screen and is equipped with MediaTek Helio G99 chipset.

Redmi Pad Pro 5G, Redmi Pad SE 4G price in India, availability details

The price of the Redmi Pad Pro Wi-Fi-only is set at Rs 21,999 and will come in Graphite Grey and Quick Silver. Whereas the 5G model price in India starts at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage and Rs 26,999 for the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant. The 5G variant will be available in Mist Blue and Graphite Grey colour options.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G is a 12.1-inch 2.5K tablet that features a 120Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate, Dolby Vision, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS, which is based on Android 14.

The price of Redmi Pad SE 4G starts at Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and Rs 11,999 for the 4GB RAM with 128GB storage. There will be three colour options for it- Forest Green, Urban Grey, and Ocean Blue.

The Pro model is scheduled to go on sale on August 2 while the 4G tablet will be available from August 8 via mi.com, Flipkart, Amazon India, and Xiaomi retail stores in the country.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G is a 12.1-inch 2.5K tablet that features a 120Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate, Dolby Vision, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It runs Xiaomi HyperOS, which is based on Android 14. It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 CPU, Adreno 710 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage. The tablet sports an 8MP front and back camera and a 10,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging capabilities. The device includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

The tablet has a 6,650mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. It runs Android 14. It also sports a 3.5mm headphone socket, Bluetooth 5.4, a USB Type-C port, twin stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos audio support.
