Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold sale opens on Flipkart

Pixel 9 Pro Fold was launched in India last month.

Last month, Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold and three more phones were released in India. However, the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL were the first two out of the four to go on sale. We do not currently have any information regarding the availability of the Pixel 9 Pros, although Google’s foldable phone went on sale for the first time in India today. Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold features an 8-inch LTPO OLED Super Actua main display and a 6.3-inch OLED Actua cover screen. The foldable is powered by a Tensor G4 chip and Titan M2 security chip. It operates on Android 14 with seven years of updates.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Price in India, Sale Details

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold first sale went live on Flipkart for the first time. The device comes in a single 16GB RAM with a 256GB storage option and costs Rs 1,72,999. There will be two colour options for the foldable phone: porcelain and obsidian.

Flipkart offers multiple bank discounts for the 9 Pro Fold, including an instant Rs 10,000 discount for ICICI Bank credit and debit cards, and an exchange bonus of up to Rs 13,500.

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Specifications

Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold features an 8-inch LTPO OLED Super Actua main display and a 6.3-inch OLED Actua cover screen. Both the panels come with a 120Hz refresh rate, support up to 2,700nits peak brightness and have Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. It draws its power from the Tensor G4 chip paired with a Titan M2 security chip with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Pixel fold phone operates on Android 14 out-of-the-box. As per the company, the device will receive seven years of Android OS, security, and Pixel Drop updates.

There are three cameras on the external side of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold: a 48MP wide-angle camera with an f/1.7 aperture, a 10.5MP ultra-wide angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and autofocus, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera with a 20x Super Res Zoom, an f/3.1 aperture, and an optical zoom of up to 5x. A 10MP camera with a f.2.2 aperture is located on the cover display, and a similar 10MP camera is located on the interior screen.

Aside from this, the 9 Pro Fold stands out for having a built-in VPN and a tonne of AI capabilities like Face Unblur, Top Shot, More Faces, Made You Look, Video Boost, Wind Noise Reduction, Add Me, Hands-free astrophotography, and Audio Magic Eraser.
With a Qi wireless charger or a 45W PPS charger, you may charge its 4,650mAh battery. It bears an IPX8 water-resistant rating and facilitates face and fingerprint biometric verification.
