10MySpeed (TRAI)
With this app, you can measure your data speed experience and share your results with TRAI. The app captures and sends coverage, data speed and other network information along with device and location of the tests. The app is said to not send any personal user information and it reports all the results anonymously. But then, we should point out that this is not the same as complaining to TRAI about data speed.
