You should adjust the frame rate of your PUBG Mobile based on the smartphone you are playing the game on. Click on the Settings icon and go to Graphics.
There, you will find the option of changing the frame rate. If you think your device will not be able to handle heavy graphics, select low. If your smartphone is a powerful one, go for high.
