Apply for Ayushman Vaya Vandana Card online
Step 1: Go to the National Health Authority website.
Step 2: Hover the cursor over PMJAY for 70+ and select Enrol for PMJAY for 70+.
Step 3: Select Beneficiary and enter your mobile number.
Step 4: Hit Verify next to your mobile number.
Step 5: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter it along with the CAPTCHA displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Hit Login.
Step 7: If you have already enrolled before, enter your state, subscheme, and district. You will be asked to enter your AADHAR number to view your card.
Step 8: If you haven’t enrolled yet, hit ‘Click Here to Enroll’.
Step 9: Enter your AADHAR number and the CAPTCHA displayed on the screen.
Step 10: Hit Search.
Step 11: If no record is found linked to your AADHAR, click the link at the bottom of the screen for fresh enrollment.
Step 12: Select a method for eKYC. Let’s say you select AADHAR OTP.
Step 13: Enter your AADHAR Number and hit Verify.
Step 14: Agree to the consent form and select Allow.
Step 15: An OTP will be sent to the mobile number registered to your AADHAR. Enter it on the screen.
Step 16: Once the KYC process has been completed, choose your beneficiary option.
Step 17: Add details like address, pin code, mobile number, and more.
Step 18: Once the form has been submitted, it’ll take around 15 minutes for your Ayushman Card to be ready for download.
