What’s new in the Control Center?

iOS 18’s Control Center has received a significant facelift. It hands over some of the aesthetic and functional choices to the user, bringing a whole new level of personalisation to the software experience. To begin with, the Control Center has been expanded to cover multiple categories – Music, Home, and Connectivity. You can glide through these pages using their icons on the right side of the screen. The first page in the Control Center is still dedicated to your favourite controls.

Users can also add more pages to the Control Center. These pages can be filled with control tiles for the iPhone’s native functions as well as third-party apps. The latter will be released when the OS is officially launched. Apart from adding new tiles, users can also adjust their size.
