Once the recording starts, all participants will get a notification that the recording and transcription have started. No more than one participant can record the meeting at one time. Once the recording is over, the video file will be uploaded on One Drive or SharePoint (if it was a channel meeting) for all participants to see. To find the recording, simply login to One Drive or SharePoint and access the Teams recording folder. You will also be able to see the recording in the meeting or channel chat. Guest attendees can only view the recording when an external link to the file is shared with them. Meeting participants can view the live transcription during the meeting. If you do not want to record the transcription, follow these steps.
