Apple Intelligence will start arriving on eligible devices in October. The summarisation tool will be one of the first features to reach Apple users. Some of the features (like Image Playground) will arrive by December. Initially, access to the AI will be limited to Apple users in the US. By December, it will reach users in Australia, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Step 1: Launch the Safari mobile web browser on your iPhone and open the web page you want to summarise.
