How to turn on and use Offline Backup on Spotify? (2024)

As of now, this feature is only available for Spotify Premium subscribers.

Spotify has launched a new feature that keeps the music flow uninterrupted even when users lose access to the Internet. The best part is that it doesn’t require users to save music beforehand. If you run out of mobile data or hit a rough connection zone during transit, the Spotify app will compile an ‘Offline Backup’ playlist of your recently played and queued songs. This playlist can be accessed only when you’re offline. Let’s take a look at how you can turn on and use Offline Backup on Spotify.
