Airtel launches new combo recharge packs for its Mumbai circle

Telecom major Airtel has introduced a slew of new prepaid recharge offers for its users in Mumbai. The company has announced recharge plans worth Rs 35, Rs 65, Rs 95, Rs 145 and Rs 245 exclusively for its Mumbai circle.

All these plans come with talktime and data benefits and their validity periods vary. And as of now, there is no word on the possibility of these tariff plans being extended to other telecom circles.

The Rs 35 prepaid plan offered by Airtel clubs a talktime of Rs 26.5 with 100MB of 3G/4G data and the Rs 65 plan comes with a talktime of Rs 55 and offers 200MB of data. The validity of both these plans is 28 days.

The Rs 95, Rs 145 and Rs 245 plans come with full talktime benefits, but they vary in terms of the data they offer and their validity. Speaking of Rs 95 plan, it offers 500MB of data and has a validity of 28 days. The Rs 145 plan has 1GB of data and stays valid till 42 days from the day of recharge. And lastly, the Rs 245 plan by Airtel offers full talktime paired with 2GB data and has a validity of 84 days.

Recently, the company had also introduced new prepaid combo recharges which come with daily data benefits of 1.4GB. Users can avail the said amount of data and unlimited calling without FUP limit with these recharges. The plans included in the newly introduced prepaid combo recharges are Rs 199, Rs 219, Rs 399, Rs 448 and Rs 509 and it is worth noticing that their validity periods vary.

While the Rs 199 and Rs 219 offers last for 28 days, the Rs 399 plan lasts for 70 days. The Rs 448 and Rs 509 plans have a validity of 82 and 90 days respectively.

In another news today, Airtel has announced that its customers can get their queries answered via Google Assistant. So for information like bill summary, current plan, data usage, account balance and recharge options, Airtel customers would only have to ask Google Assistant rather than dialing a number like they earlier did.
