Amazon has announced the new Fire TV range. The Fire TV Stick 4K Select is positioned as the most affordable 4K streaming device to date, with the goal of enhancing consumers’ visual experiences. The Fire TV 2-Series, 4-Series, and Omni QLED TVs are all new and enhanced in terms of appearance and performance. Notably, these new models have Omnisense technology, which enables better interactions across a variety of screen sizes and pricing points. Alexa+ is a major addition to this portfolio. It generates personalised viewing recommendations, locates specific sequences within movies, and simplifies access to desired content across several streaming platforms.
The Fire TV Omni QLED Series, which is available in sizes from 50-inch to 75-inch and starts at $479.99, features better graphics, including a display that is 60% brighter than prior models. It has nearly double the number of local dimming zones, resulting in brighter whites and deeper blacks, and it is enhanced with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ Adaptive technology for rich content. An improved CPU improves performance by 40%. The Omni Series comes with smart features, including automatic colour changes based on ambient light and Omnisense technology, which turns on the TV as you enter the room.
It may show personal photos or artwork and saves electricity by turning off when you leave. Furthermore, its Interactive Art feature adapts to your movements, providing an immersive experience, and Alexa+ integration enables voice control to access content smoothly.
Fire TV has announced the 2-Series and 4-Series devices, which come in sizes ranging from 32-inch to 55-inch and start at $159.99. The new 2-Series has vivid HD resolution, while the 4-Series provides 4K resolution. Both versions have ultra-thin metal bezels, which enhance the aesthetic of any space. They are now 30% faster, powered by a new quad-core CPU, and, for the first time, include Omnisense technology, enabling smarter experiences across all price points. Furthermore, the new Dialogue Boost function allows users to boost voice volume without increasing background noise.
The new Fire TV Stick, the 4K Select, is an economical update that maximises the potential of 4K televisions for less than $40. It offers an excellent 4K picture quality, which is boosted by HDR10+ support to ensure bright visuals. The device’s performance is powered by the new Vega operating system, which is renowned for its speed and efficiency. The 4K Select is intended to be user-friendly, enabling major streaming services right out of the box. Future upgrades will also provide compatibility with Xbox Gaming, Luna, and Alexa+ integration.

Alexa+ improves your viewing experience by making it easy to discover shows and movies that are personalised to your interests. You may search for options based on recent binges, family-friendly options, or certain actors, and Alexa+ will provide suggestions from streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and HBO Max.
This includes live sports, where Alexa+ provides scores, player statistics and event information through services like Prime Video and Sling TV. It also provides game highlights and comments on missed moments. Furthermore, Alexa+ can search for sequences in thousands of Prime Video movies and series, allowing users to revisit cherished moments or discover new stuff to watch.
