Apple AirPods Pro 2 features
The power of the new H2 processor, which is housed in a lightweight and small housing, offers an acoustic experience and can eliminate up to twice as much noise as the AirPods Pro of generation past. The AirPods Pro 2 now provides fuller bass and crystal-clear sound over a wider spectrum of frequencies thanks to a redesigned low-distortion audio driver and bespoke amplifier.
Listeners can maintain their awareness of and connection to their environment by using the transparency mode. This feature is now enhanced even further by adaptive transparency. The potent H2 chip enables on-device processing, which suppresses loud environmental noise for more pleasant daily listening. This noise can include a passing car siren, construction equipment, or even loud concert speakers.
The AirPods Pro 2 listening experience is even more immersive with Personalised Spatial Audio. Depending on the size and shape of their head and ears, each user perceives sound differently. Users can build a personalised profile for Spatial Audio using the TrueDepth camera on their iPhone, which provides a listening experience that is especially tailored for them. With dynamic head tracking, users can enjoy Personalised Spatial Audio with music, movies, and TV shows on their iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.
While the new dedicated AirPods section in iOS Settings allows customers to conveniently access and control their AirPods capabilities, Instant pairing to all Apple devices makes setup simple.
Users can now adjust the volume and manage media playback without utilising an additional device. Quick volume adjustments are possible with Touch control on AirPods Pro 2 by lightly swiping up or down on the stem. Press the stem to adjust the music, answer calls, and do other things. You can even say “Hey Siri” to make voice-activated requests.
For a total of up to six hours with Active Noise Cancellation, AirPods Pro 2 provides 1.5 hours more listening time than the original version. Users can enjoy up to 30 hours of total listening time with Active Noise Cancellation using the case for four additional charges, which is an increase of six hours over the previous version.
Customers may now charge AirPods Pro with an Apple Watch charger in addition to a MagSafe charger, a Qi-certified charging mat, or the Lightning cord for greater mobility when travelling.
With the new charging case for AirPods Pro, which is sweat- and water-resistant and has a lanyard loop, you can keep it close at hand at all times. Users of an U1-enabled iPhone can utilise Precision Finding to locate their charging case with directions. Additionally, the charging case features a built-in speaker that emits louder tones, making it much easier to find.
Customers may now add their customised Memoji on the charging case, including custom-posed Memoji, Animoji, and a carefully curated list of stickers. Create and upload a Memoji via the Apple Store app to start engraving.
