Currently accessible in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, and the United States, the service will expand to Chile, India, and Singapore on December 15, as well as German and Spanish dubbing. Users in 49 countries may now experience 12 distinct exercise types, including strength, yoga, HIIT, Pilates, dance, cycling, kickboxing, and meditation, with episodes lasting five to 45 minutes and available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. The service may be extended with the Apple Watch, which allows for features like heart rate tracking, calorie burn, and progress on Activity rings. The Burn Bar allows users to compare their performance to that of others. It also provides Custom Plans, which create personalised plans based on individual training and meditation interests. An important aspect of the Fitness service experience is its connection with Apple Music, which provides a variety of music genres, including a recently introduced K-Pop genre, including global hits, boosting motivation throughout all workouts.
