Asus Vivobook 14 (X1407QA) AI laptop with Snapdragon X CPU launched in India

The laptop comes with a battery life of up to 29 hours.

Asus has introduced the Vivobook 14 (X1407QA), an AI PC equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X CPU and 45 TOPS NPU. The gadget has a large, ultra-slim screen with reduced blue light emissions, up to 29 hours of video playback time, and dual USB 4.0 Type-C and HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports for connectivity. It also supports secure logins using an FHD IR camera, Microsoft Pluton chip, and Passkeys.

Vivobook 14 (X1407QA) has been launched in India with a starting price of Rs 65,990. The AI laptop will be available for purchase via Flipkart in the country.

The Vivobook 14 (X1407QA) is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X1 26 100 processor with NPU up to 45TOPS (30MB cache, up to 2.97GHz, 8 cores, 8 threads) and Qualcomm Adreno iGPU. It will be available with 16 GB 8448 MHz LPDDR5X memory and up to 512 GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD. It has a 14-inch FHD+ (1920×1200) IPS screen with 16:10 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, 45% NTSC colour gamut, and 300-nit brightness. The laptop is TÜV Rheinland certified for reduced blue light and has a 180° hinge for flexibility.

The Vivobook 14 weighs only 1.49kg and has several I/O ports, military-grade ruggedness, and a backlit ErgoSense keyboard. It has a smart touchpad that responds to gestures and a dedicated Copilot key for quick access to AI assistance. The electronic device has an FHD IR camera, Windows Hello, privacy shutter, Microsoft Pluton chip, and Passkeys compatibility for secure logins.

The laptop runs on Windows 11 Home with Copilot support with lifetime-free Microsoft Office Home 2024 and M365 Basic (1 Year validity).

The Asus Vivobook 14 (X1407QA) is powered by a 50 Wh battery with 65W fast charging and a battery life of up to 29 hours. The machine’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.3 and 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A (up to 5Gbps). 2x USB 4.0 Gen 3 Type-C with support for display and power delivery (data rate up to 40Gbps). 1X HDMI 2.1 TMDS 1 x 3.5mm combo audio jack.
