CMF Phone 1 launching in India today along with CMF Watch Pro 2 and Buds Pro 2

The CMF Phone 1 global launch is scheduled for today. The launch event will commence at 10 a.m. BST and 2:30 p.m. IST, coinciding with Nothing’s upcoming community update. Recently, Flipkart accidentally revealed Nothing’s CMF Phone 1 price in a YouTube advertisement. The screenshot posted by @himawanth8 via X.com confirms the smartphone’s availability on the platform. He discovered the ad while watching a video on YouTube.

According to the alleged commercial, the device will go on sale in India for the first time on July 12 at noon with a price starting at Rs 14,999 (introductory price). But this price can only be attained if you exchange your old smartphone for Rs 2,000 and then apply it with a Rs 2,000 bank discount, which is only valid on certain cards. The original price is set at Rs 17,999.

CMF Phone 1 design and specifications (expected)

CMF has also revealed the creative and adaptable CMF Phone 1 design. The forthcoming phone with interchangeable backs and accessories has finally been showcased in a trailer starring Rashmika Mandanna, along with a look at the Watch Pro 2 and Buds Pro 2.

Functionality and originality are given top priority in the design, with interchangeable cases in a variety of colours and materials and attachable practical accessories to suit users’ everyday needs.

The CMF phone’s body contains visible screws that are attached to the plastic back panel. The small screwdriver that comes with the device seems to be capable of undoing these screws, based on the most recent teaser image released by CMF. You may use this screwdriver as a SIM ejector tool as well.

The CMF Phone 1 will come in four eye-catching colours: blue, light green, orange, and black. Its varied colour scheme caters to a wide range of preferences.

In addition to this, users can customise the back panel of the CMF Phone 1 with various attachments like a lanyard, kickstand, and more. It is unclear if customers will be able to change the phone’s battery by disassembling the back panel using the screwdriver that comes in the package.

CMF Phone 1 is confirmed to sport a Super AMOLED Display, 120Hz Adaptive Refresh Rate, HDR10+ (over 1 Billion Colours!) and up to 2000+ Nits of Peak Brightness. It is going to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7300 5G! With AnTuTu scores of 673,000. It will come with expandable RAM of up to 16GB with support for a MicroSD Card, up to 2TB. The device will feature a Sony 50MP Main Camera, with a Portrait Sensor on the back and a 16MP Front Selfie Camera.

The phone will run on a 5,000mAh battery that is expected to last for two days and play YouTube continuously for 22 hours.

In addition, the smartphone will have RF for mobile data (5G), WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and haptic motors. Fingerprint sensor beneath the display. a bottom-firing speaker featuring a violin-like chamber design. In addition, there will be an accelerometer (to measure tilt and direction), a gyroscope, and a geo-magnet sensor—a tiny compass that uses less power than GPS.

CMF Watch Pro 2, Buds Pro 2 specifications (expected)

Along with CMF Phone 1, the company will also present two more wearable products- CMF Watch Pro 2 and CMF Buds Pro 2.

The CMF Watch Pro 2 is rumoured to include a circular display and a 295mAh battery, which is similar to the Watch Pro’s 340mAh. It will include Bluetooth, GPS Galileo, and GLONASS capabilities and will be available in Ash Grey, Dark Grey, Blue, and Orange.

The CMF Buds Pro 2 is said to include a 60mAh battery, Bluetooth connection, and a rectangular charging case, in contrast to the Buds Pro’s 55mAh battery.
