Looking at the specs both phones have a lot of similarities. However, the OnePlus 11 does not support 50W wireless charging or reverse charging. In addition to this, it does not have an IP68 rating, and the Xiaomi 13 Pro has a brighter display. So we would suggest you to go for Xiaomi 13 Pro if pricing is not an issue.
