The smart wearable manufacturer company GOQii announced the launch of its latest smart-tech-enabled fitness band in India. The company launched Goqii Vital 3.0 Smart Band that comes integrated with preventive healthcare features such as heart rate monitoring and keeps a watch on the user’s blood pressure and sleep. Apart from that in the need of the hour, the device comes with a body temperature tracking feature which will be helpful in detecting coronavirus symptoms. The company has joined hands with a  German health tech company, Thryve to offer this feature on the smart band. 

Goqii Vital 3.0 Smart Band has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 3,999. The company has put the smartwatch up for pre-booking via the company’s official website. The company says that the fitness band will soon be available on e-commerce websites  Amazon and Flipkart. According to the company, Goqii Vital 3 will be available in India in phases and without any delay, it will be provided to the frontline workers, government and private enterprises whereas some units will be available for the public.

Goqii Vital 3.0 Smart Band features a waterproof coloured display. According to the company it has presented the  World’s first wearable device with sensors that can measure Body Temperature. This feature will be helpful in detecting the early symptom of COVID-19 infection which is the body temperature. Moreover, it can help you monitor blood pressure. The tracker reads your systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Whereas the Goqii smart band also comes inbuilt with 24X7 heart rate monitor that makes use of the AI-driven algorithms, for high-precision readings. Infrared technology for continuous, non-disruptive heart rate monitoring at night.

Goqii Vital 3 comes with fitness features such as Exercise Mode that allows you to track as well as monitor your steps, heart rate and time duration of your activities. Moreover, it can also enable you to keep a tab on your exercise duration, pace, heart rate and track your route using Phone GPS. The sleep monitoring feature on the band helps you monitor as well as analyse sleeping heart rate and breathing, for sleep quality tracking at a glance.

The smart band allows you to check incoming calls and preview messages without having the need to check your phone. The company says that on the purchase of the Goqii Vital 3.0 Smart Band the buyers will get 12 months of Goqii Play subscription-free, In addition to this, the users will also get three months of Goqii Health Coach subscription for free.
