HP has introduced new DeskJet printers designed specifically for home users in India, including students, parents, and professionals. These printers have simple plug-and-play features for printing, scanning, and copying, as well as low-cost inks and dependable dual-band WiFi. Each model contains at least 70% post-consumer recycled plastic and is available in six types with a white base and colourful accent colours, like Very Peri and Warm Aroma.

The DeskJet 4388 model has an increased black print speed of 8.5 ppm and includes a 60-sheet input tray as well as an automatic document feeder for manual page handling.
