HP is expanding its AI PPCS portfolio in India with the launch of the HP EliteBook Ultra and HP OmniBook X. The newly launched laptops with Copilot+ for businesses & retail customers are powered by a Snapdragon X Elite processor and its dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). The machines are claimed to deliver up to 26 hours of battery life.

EliteBook Ultra and OmniBook X price in India, sale details

The price of the HP EliteBook Ultra starts at Rs 1,69,934. It comes in a single Atmospheric blue colour. On the other hand, the HP OmniBook X is available at a starting price of Rs 1,39,999 in Meteor Silver colour. Both laptops can be purchased at HP World Stores and HP Online stores in India.

The HP EliteBook Ultra features a 14-inch 2.2K touchscreen with 2,240x1,400 pixels of resolution The display supports 300nits of peak brightness. The laptop is equipped with enterprise-grade endpoint security to safeguard data. It is powered by Qualcomm's 12-core Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100 processor with Qualcomm Adreno graphics along with Neural Processing Unit (NPU), capable of 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). Available with 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8400MHz RAM the device also includes 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe TLC M.2 SSD storage.

It is powered by Qualcomm’s 12-core Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100 processor with Qualcomm Adreno graphics along with Neural Processing Unit (NPU), capable of 45 trillion operations per second (TOPS). Available with 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8400MHz RAM the device also includes 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe TLC M.2 SSD storage.

The AI PC has a 5-megapixel IR camera paired with dual array microphones. There are dual stereo speakers and a full-size backlit keyboard. The device houses a 59Whr battery with a 65W USB Type-C power adapter.

On the other hand, HP OmniBook comes with a 14-inch 2.2K multi-touch display with 300 nits of brightness. The screen offers Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Powered by the same processor, the AI laptop by HP includes 16 GB of LPDDR5x-8448 MHz RAM and 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD storage.

The HP OmniBook X also has a 5-megapixel IR webcam with dual mic and speakers. The PC includes a 59Whr battery.

The new HP laptops feature a built-in HP AI Companion, a personal AI assistant that enhances productivity and creativity. It uses generative AI to analyse and assess personal files, providing refined responses or outputs. The Copilot+ PC, when combined with the Poly Camera Pro, provides a more personalised computing experience. The Poly Camera Pro enhances virtual interactions across collaboration and streaming apps, using the NPU to power AI enhancements like Spotlight, Background Blur & Replace, and Auto Framing.
