Transsion Holdings today announced the launch of Infinix Note 40X 5G in India. The new handset is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G SoC. The device features a triple rear camera setup with a 108-megapixel main sensor. It packs a 5,000mAh battery and will be avaiable in multiple colour options.

Infinix Note 40X 5G debuted in India today with 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant priced at Rs 14,999. The price of the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage is set at Rs 15,999. With bank offers the device can be purchased for Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999

Infinix Note 40X 5G price in India, sale details

No-cost EMI starts at Rs 2250 for the 8GB+25G variant and Rs 2500 for the 12GB+256GB one. The phone will be avaiable in Palm Blue, Lime Green, and Starlit Black colour options. The phone will go on sale from August 9 via Flipkart and retail stores in the country.

Infinix Note 40X 5G specifications

Infinix Note 40X 5G comes with a 6.78-inch full-HD+ punch-hole design display with 1,080×2,436 pixels of resolution. The screen supports a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and 500 nits of peak brightness. It also has an Interactive Dynamic Port that adds a unique flair to notifications and device interactions. Under the hood, there is MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Note 40X 5G runs on the latest Android 14 operating system, overlaid with Infinix’s XOS 14 user interface. It utilises advanced AI technology to enhance user experience, including AI APP Boost, which keeps favourite apps ready in the background, and AI Wallpaper Generator, which allows users to create custom wallpapers based on text prompts.

The Note 40X 5G features a 108-megapixel triple rear camera setup that includes a 2-megapixel secondary lens and an AI lens with a Quad-LED Flash. It has over 15 camera modes, including AI Cam for intelligent scene optimization, Portrait mode for professional-looking depth effects, Dual Video mode for simultaneous front and rear camera recording, Pro mode for manual controls, and Film mode for cinematic video capture. For selfies, it includes an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Note 40X boasts a 5,000mAh battery with 18W wired fast charging and wired reverse charging support. The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking and a face unlock feature for added convenience.
