iPhone 15 was launched at the Wonderlust event on September 12. Previously it was available at a starting price of Rs 79,990 on Amazon. However, after a significant discount of Rs 5,000, the device is currently listed at Rs 74,990 on the e-commerce platform. Note that this is the effective price which the e-commerce store is offering. You can also apply for an available bank offer to further bring down its cost. Amazon Pay ICICI bank card holders are eligible to get a 5% cashback of Rs 3,745 on the device. This will bring the price down to Rs 71,155. So overall Amazon is offering you a net discount of Rs 8,745.

iPhone 15 specifications

The iPhone 15 comes with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display. The display is protected with a Ceramic Shield for protection. The handset features an IP68 classification for dust and water protection. The A16 Bionic chip which powered Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro models last year, is found in the new iPhone 15.

The main camera of the iPhone 15 is a 48-megapixel wide-angle camera with a 2um quad-pixel sensor and an f/1.6 aperture. Additionally, the device has a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera with sensor-shift stabilisation and an f/1.6 aperture.

On the front, there is a 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera for selfies and video calls. The device features a USB Type-C port instead of the company’s exclusive Lightning connector.
