iQoo 12 pricing in India dropped by Rs 7,000 ahead of the iQoo 13 launch

iQoo 12 was launched in India last year.

iQoo 12 will soon be succeeded by iQoo 13. As the debut date of the upcoming flagship approaches, the price of the iQoo 12 has been substantially reduced. The smartphone is presently available at a new reduced price, and you can save up to Rs 7,000 on it. The phone features a 144Hz AMOLED display. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor powers it and runs on Android 14 OS.

The iQoo 12 has received a price cut ahead of the iQoo 13 debut in India. The device, which was initially priced at Rs 59,999 and with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is now available on Amazon for Rs 52,999. Customers may save an additional Rs 3,000 by taking advantage of select bank offers and exchanging their old phones.

iQoo 12 5G specifications

The iQoo 12 5G features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 1,260×2,800 pixels of resolution. The screen comes with an adaptive refresh rate of 144Hz and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, the screen has 2160Hz PWM dimming and a peak brightness of up to 3000 nits support. In addition to this, the display comes with HDR10+ support. The device runs on OriginOS 4 on top of Android 14. Under the hood, there is Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC processor.

The device comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 1/1.3-inch 50-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.68 aperture). The camera system further includes a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto (f/2.57 aperture and 100X digital zoom) and a 50-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor (f/2.0 aperture). For selfies, the device features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.45 aperture.

For gaming, there is a 6010 mm² ultra-large VC vapor chamber to keep thermals in check. Also, it includes 11 temperature sensors and is equipped with a Q1 Self-developed chip.

The iQoo packs a 5,000mAh battery, with 120W fast charging support. Also, there is an in-display fingerprint sensor for biometrics. The smartphone also includes an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. In terms of connectivity, there is 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, USB OTG, NFC, Beidou, USB Type-C port, GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO.
