The iQOO 15 India launch date has been revealed, with the smartphone launching in China on October 20. It will run Android 16’s OriginOS 6, include a Q3 gaming chipset, and allow 144fps games. The device will have a 6.85-inch 2K 8T LTPO display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The iQOO 15 is expected to feature a battery capacity of over 7,000mAh in China.
According to iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya, the iQOO 15 would be available in India starting in November. The exact debut date has yet to be confirmed, but it is likely to be released within the next few weeks. The Indian model would be powered by Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 CPU and run the Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
The upcoming smartphone will feature a 6.85-inch 2K 8T LTPO Samsung “Everest” display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, a peak local brightness of 6,000 nits, a full-screen brightness of 2,600 nits, and a fast touch response of 3,200Hz. It may also include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The iQOO smartphone is expected to feature an IP68 or IP69 classification for dust and water resistance.

The Chinese iQOO 15 will include an improved Q3 gaming CPU, 144fps gameplay at 2K resolution, and an 8K vapour chamber (VC) dome cooling system. The cooling unit features a double layer of high-conductivity graphite, providing 47% more cooling than the previous iteration. The VC heat sink is more than three times as massive as the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The device has been reported to include three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor.

Previous speculation indicates that the device will have a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and wireless charging capabilities.
