Itel Icon smartwatch with HD screen and BT calling launched in India

The Bluetooth Calling and Quick Reply feature on the Itel smartwatch allows users to make and receive calls directly from their wrist.

Itel has expanded its smartwatch portfolio with the launch of its Icon Smartwatch in the Indian market. The latest wrist wearable comes with a spherical 1.38-inch HD screen. The device offers over 100 customised watch faces. It can also monitor heart rate and can control the camera and music on your connected phone. Also, the smartwatch can deliver 12 days of standby time.

The Itel Icon smartwatch has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 1,599. According to the company, the device will be available for purchase via select retail outlets in the country.

The Itel Icon smartwatch features a large spherical dial having a 1.38-inch IPS display with 240x 240 pixels of resolution. The HD screen offers 550 nits of screen brightness. The device offers more than 100 customised watch faces for personalisation. Also, the wearable is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance.

It has Bluetooth version 5.3 integrated for connectivity. The Bluetooth Calling and Quick Reply feature on the Itel smartwatch allows users to make and receive calls directly from their wrist. While the smart notifications keep you informed without the need to reach for your phone. The device also allows you to control music playback and camera remotely with Music & Camera Control.

The Itel Icon smartwatch also offers AI-powered voice assistance for hands-free control. The wristwatch has an array of 100 Sports Modes including a Health Suite which includes SpO2, heart rate, and sleep monitoring. Icon smartwatch has a 250mAh battery that is touted to offer 12 days of standby time.
