The Lava Shark 2 4G, launched in India today. The device is a successor to the Lava Shark, which was launched in India in March. The latest budget smartphone boasts a 5,000mAh battery, a 50-megapixel AI-based rear camera, and a 6.75-inch display. It runs on the Unisoc T7250 chipset, 4GB RAM, and 64GB onboard storage.

Pricing and Availability

The price of the Lava Shark 2 4G in India is set at Rs 6,999. The phone is available in two colour options of Aurora Gold and Eclipse Grey. The smartphone comes with Free Service@Home available pan-India. The device is available across all retail stores starting in October.

Features, Specifications

The Lava Shark 2 4G features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with 720 x 1,612 pixels of resolution. The panel comes with 120Hz refresh rate support. Under the hood, there is an octa-core UNISOC T7250 processor backed by 4GB RAM expandable with an additional 4GB virtual RAM and 64GB internal storage. The device ensures faster app launches, smoother transitions, and ample space for photos, videos, and apps. It runs on Android 15 with 1 assured Android OS upgrade and 2 years of security updates.

It comes with a 5000mAh battery supported by a Type-C port, offering 10W charging out of the box and 18W fast charging support. The handset is IP54 rated, making it resistant to dust and water splashes.

The Lava Shark 2 4G has a 50-megapixel rear camera that is powered by AI. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for taking pictures and video calls.
