Lenovo Idea Tab Pro with AI features and Tab Pen Plus compatibility launched in India

The tablet includes pogo-pin connectors for keyboard connection.

The Chinese tech brand Lenovo expanded its Tablets portfolio with the launch of Lenovo Idea Tab Pro. The device comes with Lenovo Tab Pen Plus compatibility. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8300 SoC and is backed by a 10,200mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. It features a 144hz 12.7-inch LTPS LCD screen with 3K resolution. The device has Lenovo Smart Control and includes pogo-pin connectors for keyboard connection.

Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Price in India, Sale Details

Lenovo Idea Tab Pro has been introduced in India with a starting price of Rs 27,999 for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage option. The price of the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant is set at Rs 30,999. The Android tablet will be available in a lone Luna Grey colour option. The device is scheduled to go on sale on March 21 Amazon India website, however, it is currently selling at the company’s official website in the country.

Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Specifications

The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro comes with a 12.7-inch 3K display with 1,840×2,944 pixels of resolution. The screen has a refresh rate of 144Hz, 273ppi pixel density and a peak brightness of 400 nits. The display is designed with blue light reduction and flicker-free technology, minimizing eye strain during extended use. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 processor with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It comes pre-installed with Lenovo ZUI 16 based on top of Android 14. The device will also get 2 years of software upgrades and 4 years of security fixes.

There is a quad-speaker system tuned by JBL, optimized with Dolby Atmos. The tablet houses a 10,200mAh battery, delivering up to 10 hours of general usage and 45W quick charging support.

The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro features a 13-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The Tab is shipped with a Lenovo Tab Pen Plus, featuring 4096 pressure levels, tilt detection, and palm rejection for precise writing and drawing. The stylus offers an “Easy Jot” feature, for precise writing and drawing. It also includes other accessories like Tab Pro 2-in-1 Keyboard, and Folio Case, with a three-point pogo-pin keyboard connector.
Apart from that the Lenovo Idea Tab Pro features AI features like “Circle to Search”, “Google Gemini,” and “Translate Without Switching Apps”.
