Lenovo-owned smartphone brand Motorola has announced the launch of a new budget smartphone in India. The company introduced Moto G04s powered by an octa-core Unisoc T606 SoC. It features a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen and includes a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery which comes with 15W charging support.

Moto G04s price in India, sale details
Moto G04s has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 6,999 for the single 4GB RAM with 64GB storage option. The device comes in Concord Black, Sea Green, Satin Blue, and Sunrise Orange colour options. The phone is scheduled to go on sale via Flipkart, Motorola India website, and select retail stores in the country starting June 5.

Moto G04s has a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with 1,612 x 720 pixels of resolution. The display has a refresh rate of 90Hz and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The handset is driven by a Unisoc T606 SoC along with ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. It includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Both the RAM and internal storage are expandable and up to 8GB and 1TB (using a microSD card), respectively.

The smartphone also features a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor along with an LED flash. A 5-megapixel sensor has been provided on the front housed inside a hole-punch cutout for taking selfies and video calling.
The Moto G04s is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging support. It includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentications and comes with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance. For connectivity, it includes Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C for charging as well as a 3.5mm audio jack.
The handset is an upgraded version of Moto G04 which was launched in India in February this year at Rs 6,999 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage model whereas the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant comes with a price tag of Rs 7,999.

It sports a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Under the hood, there is a UniSoC T606 SoC paired with Mali G57 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM. The device also supports virtual RAM expansion of up to 16GB. The device comes with up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage that can also be further expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. The phone runs on Android 14-based My UX. Moto G04 features an AI-powered 16-megapixel rear camera sensor and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. It sports a 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
