OnePlus 9 Series will soon get bigger as the company is tipped to launch another smartphone under the line-up. OnePlus 9RT is tipped to launch in India as well as in China in the coming month. The device has also appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website ahead of the official announcement. The company usually introduces its T-series phone in the month of October and the speculations also suggest an October launch.
Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted a OnePlus smartphone on the BIS certification website with the model number MT2111. The phone is believed to be the OnePlus 9RT, therefore, suggesting an imminent launch in the country. Recently the pricing, as well as complete specification, were also leaked on the web. As per the leaked details, the device will be offered in two different configurations of 8GB RAM with 128GB storage which is expected to be priced at CNY 2,999. Whereas the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage model is said to come with a price tag of CNY 3,299. The leaked pricing translates to Rs 34,400 and Rs 39,999 respectively.
In terms of specification, the OnePlus 9RT is tipped to come with a 6.55-inch Samsung E3 full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. The display is believed to have a 120Hz refresh rate support along with Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The upcoming T-series phone from the Chinese manufacturer is likely to be powered by Snapdragon 870 SoC with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
On the imaging front. OnePlus 9RT is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary sensor along with a 16-megapixel Sony IMX481 ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel black and white sensor. For selfies, it may include a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 sensor on the front.
The handset is speculated to be backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. It might also get NFC support along with dual-speakers with Dolby Atmos, and an X-axis linear motor.
