The Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus is set to launch a new Nord-series smartphone in India soon called OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite in India. The company has officially announced the launch date and timing for its upcoming phone. The device will succeed the Nord CE 3 Lite, which made its debut last year.
OnePlus took to Twitter/X.com to confirm the launch date of the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G. According to the X post, the launch is scheduled to take place next week on June 18. Like always the event will be hosted in the evening at 7 PM IST. The company hinted at the phone without disclosing its name however the name of the upcoming phone was disclosed by an Amazon listing. The dedicated microsite also includes information on the RAM and storage of the device.

As per the listing, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite will be made available with 8GB of RAM along with 128GB of storage. The phone is said to arrive in a Mega Blue colour option.
However, it is anticipated that OnePlus will offer it additional RAM and storage options, along with more colour options to choose from.
Tipster Sanju Choudhary previously stated that the CE 4 Lite 5G may cost less than Rs 20,000 in India. The suggested pricing is comparable to the Rs 19,999 launch price of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G. further revealed the OnePlus Nord 4 5G is likely to be priced at Rs 31,999. It may launch in July next month.
Prior to the device’s official release, the tipster also disclosed the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite 5G’s specifications. A 6.67-inch 120Hz full-HD+ AMOLED screen is probably what it will have. The handset is said to come equipped with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC. The phone is expected to come pre-installed with Android 14. Along with three years of security patches, it might receive two years of OS updates.

The dual back camera unit on the CE 4 Lite 5G is supposed to be included. The camera setup is expected to sport a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a -megapixel depth sensor. Probably a 16-megapixel sensor will be found in the front camera.
It is likely to house a 5,500mAh battery. It is anticipated to include an in-display fingerprint sensor.
