Oppo Enco Buds TWS earphones with 8mm dynamic drivers launched in India

The Chinese electronics giant Oppo announced the launch of its entry-level true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones in India today. The company has introduced Oppo Enco Buds that come with noise reduction technology. The audio device features 8mm drivers and a low-latency gaming mode. The TWS earphones offer 24 hours of music playtime and Bluetooth v5.2 connectivity.

Oppo Enco Buds price and availability details

Oppo Enco Buds has been launched in India with an introductory price of Rs 1,799. However, the device is listed to be priced at Rs 1,999. The earphone will be available for purchase via Flipkart in the country.  It will be a 3-day offer, starting from September 14 till September 16. There will be a single White colour option only.

The Oppo Enco Buds comes with a 2-layer composite diaphragm as well as the AAC (Advanced Audio Coding), a high-definition audio transmission protocol for crisper sound. It features an 8mm dynamic driver. The device comes with a frequency range of 20Hz to 20,000Hz. In addition to this, there is support for AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs along with Bluetooth v5.2 for faster connectivity which supports binaural low-latency transmission that solves the problems of interference and disconnection to provide quick and stable connections; however, it offers a connectivity range of 10 metres.

The Oppo Enco Buds come with an AI-based call noise-cancellation. It packs a 400mAh battery and can support 24-hours music playtime when fully charged along with the earbuds. Each earbud has a  40mAh battery with six hours of music playback. For mobile gamers, the Enco Buds come with a super-low 80ms-latency Game Mode that improves audio-visual sync in twitch-action games. Users just need to triple-tap the earbuds to activate this mode.

Like we said earlier the TWS supports an AI-based intelligent call noise-cancellation feature that can differentiate between ambient sounds and human voices to effectively block out background noises, while you are on a phone call. There is an Open-Up Auto Connection which automatically turns earbuds on as soon as you open the charging case. In addition to this, the TWS earphones include smart touch controls to pause music, switch between songs, and adjust the volume. However, the earphones also allow for customized touch controls on their smartphones using the Hey Melody App for complete, natural control over their audio experience. Lastly, the Oppo Enco Buds are IP54 rated for dust and water resistance.
