Oppo Find X8, Oppo Find X8 Pro confirmed to launch in India and globally

The devices feature MediaTek Dimensity 9400 CPU.

Oppo has announced the debut of the Find X8 series in China. The Find X8 and Find X8 Pro are among the models in the series. The smartphones will soon be available in India and other worldwide regions, but no specific launch date has been established. The smartphones run ColorOS 15 and allow fast charging. They have the newest MediaTek Dimensity 9400 CPU, a 50MP camera, and more.

Oppo Find X8, Oppo Find X8 Pro Specifications

Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro run Android 15 with the ColorOS 15 skin. The basic model features a 6.59-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with 460ppi pixel density, while the Pro model has a 6.78-inch screen with 450ppi pixel density. Both have a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach a peak brightness of 4,500nits. The Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro include MediaTek’s 3nm octa-core Dimensity 9400 processor, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.

The Oppo Find X8 series features up to four Hasselblad-tuned rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field-of-view and f/2.0 aperture, as well as a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and f/2.6 aperture, both of which use Oppo’s Triple Prism Folded lens technology. Oppo’s regular and Pro versions have a 50-megapixel Sony LTY-700 main camera, a 50-megapixel LYT-808 sensor, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 periscope telephoto lens. Both phones offer a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chats, and Oppo claims that its HyperTone Image Engine improves output.

The Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro support a variety of connectivity options, including 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual band GPS, a USB Type-C connector, and an infrared transmitter. They have sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and optical fingerprint scanner. Both versions contain 5,630mAh and 5,910mAh silicon carbon batteries, 80W and 50W charging capabilities, and dust and water resistance certifications of IP68 and IP69, respectively.
