The Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has introduced Reno12 Pro 5G Manish Malhotra Limited Edition for the upcoming festive season. The limited edition comes in a customised box and exclusive wallpapers. The limited-edition Manish Malhotra is designed in Diwali gold colour.
OPPO India has announced the Reno12 Pro 5G Manish Malhotra Limited Edition, a smartphone that cherishes India’s colourful culture and customs. It is inspired by Manish Malhotra’s classic World Collection, with delicate gold filigree and flower embroidered details.

According to the company, the OPPO smartphone, which has a combination of revolutionary material design and Malhotra’s characteristic patterns, celebrates India’s festive spirit with body graphics inspired by Mughal art and Rajasthani embroidery techniques. The black and gold festivities incorporate designs inspired by Zardozi and Parsi Gara embroidery, which represent everlasting beauty and flexibility, while gold represents wealth and grandeur, recalling the extravagance and revelry connected with Indian festivals.
OPPO designed the Manish Malhotra Limited Edition Reno12 Pro 5G with superior material science technologies and rich creativity. To get bright colours and finer details, the technique requires repeated etching and annealing, which is a high-precision heat treatment. The detailed patterned annealing provides continuous lines and uninterrupted design lines through numerous rounds of optimisation, including changes to screen material, ink viscosity, and screen-printing conditions.
The Manish Malhotra version of the OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G has an eight-layer construction that includes two levels of plating, UV texturing, CounterPoint Screen Printing, and Stereo Etched Glass.
Apart from the design, the phone’s specs are the same as those of the original Reno12 Pro 5G.
