The Oppo Reno 13 5G series is set to launch in India and select global markets this month. Last month the company only revealed the launch timeline but now the exact launch date has been announced. The upcoming smartphone series will include two devices Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro. The RAM and storage options have also been revealed along with confirming the launch date.
The Oppo Reno 13 5G series India and global launch is set for January 9 at 5 PM IST. The company has also confirmed that the devices will be available for purchase via Flipkart and Oppo India e-store. Additionally they also revealed the RAM and storage options for upcoming phones.
The standard Reno 13 will be made available in 8GB of RAM paired with 128GB and 25GB of internal storage options. The device will be offered in Ivory White and Luminous Blue colour options.

On the other hand, Reno 13 Pro will come with 12GB of RAM along with 25GB and 512GB of onboard storage options. Graphite Grey and Mist Lavender are the two colour options suggested by the firm.
The Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro feature distinctive textures created by greyscale exposure laser direct writing, resulting in a glossy, luxury-looking appearance. The Luminous Blue color option, exclusive to India, features a glowing camera module and a delicate light appearance resembling translucent butterfly wings.
The Reno 13 series features a lightweight aerospace-grade aluminium frame, with the Pro variant being 7.55mm thin and weighing 195g, while the Ivory White and Luminous Blue models are 7.24mm and 7.29mm thin respectively.
The Reno 13 series features an ergonomic design with a sculpted glass back and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i front, ultra-thin bezels, and a 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, offering an immersive OLED display.
The Oppo Reno 13 Pro 5G boasts a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical and 120x digital zoom, as well as a 5,800mAh battery with 80W wired SuperVOOC charging capabilities, but the standard version has a smaller 5,600mAh battery of same capacity.

The Reno13 series’ All-Round Armour architecture provides external protection with a robust screen, rear cover, and metal frame. It has three water and dust resistance certifications: IP66 for splash resistance, IP68 for fresh water immersion, and IP69 for high-pressure water jets.
Oppo Reno 13 5G series will feature MediaTek Dimensity 8350 SoCs and Oppo’s SignalBoost X1 chips, with AI-backed imaging features.
