Realme has announced the Narzo 90 5G and Narzo 90x 5G in India, expanding its mid-range smartphone portfolio. Both versions have powerful 7,000mAh batteries and support for 60W wired fast charging. The Narzo 90 5G has a dual back camera configuration with a 50-megapixel primary camera, as does the Narzo 90x 5G. The gadgets will be available for purchase via Amazon and the company’s website.
Realme has released the Narzo 90 5G in India, with prices beginning at Rs 16,999 for the basic model, which has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. For those looking for additional memory, the higher-end model with 8GB of RAM and the same storage space is priced at Rs 18,499. It is available in two colours: Victory Gold and Carbon Black.
The Realme Narzo 90x 5G starts at Rs 13,999 for the entry-level model, which has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The higher-end variant, which has 8GB of RAM and the same storage capacity, is priced at Rs 15,499. It will be available in both Nitro Blue and Flash Blue.
Both phones are scheduled to go on sale on December 24. They will be available for purchase on Amazon and at the Realme India online shop.
The Narzo 90 5G sports a 6.57-inch AMOLED Full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080×2,372 pixels. The display is intended to handle a complete 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut and can reproduce up to 1.07 billion colours, as well as 100 per cent sRGB, making it suitable for a wide range of multimedia applications and content consumption. This screen has an excellent refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz, resulting in smooth visual transitions and quick touch interactions. Furthermore, it achieves peak brightness levels of up to 1,400 nits and a pixel density of 397 pixels per inch (ppi), resulting in rich and clear images.
In comparison, the Narzo 90x 5G has a bigger 6.80-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720×1,570 pixels and a faster refresh rate of 144 Hz. However, its peak brightness is limited to 1,200 nits, and it only supports 83% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.

The Realme Narzo 90 5G is powered by a sophisticated octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max chipset designed on 6 nm technology, with a Mali G57 MC2 GPU. This variant supports up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. In comparison, the Narzo 90x 5G has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which is similarly manufactured on 6 nm technology and has a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz. It has the same GPU, RAM, and storage capacity as the Narzo 90 5G, providing comparable performance.
The smartphones run on the Android 15 platform and include Realme UI 6.0 for an improved user experience.

The Realme Narzo 90 5G features a dual rear camera configuration that includes a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) main camera and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) monochrome sensor. In comparison, the Narzo 90x 5G adds a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 primary rear camera. Both versions have a front-facing camera: the basic Narzo 90 has a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls, while the Narzo 90x features an 8-megapixel selfie camera.
The handsets have powerful 7,000 mAh Titan batteries that allow 60 W wired fast charging.
