The Narzo 90 5G sports a 6.57-inch AMOLED Full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080×2,372 pixels. The display is intended to handle a complete 100-percent DCI-P3 colour gamut and can reproduce up to 1.07 billion colours, as well as 100 percent sRGB, making it suitable for a wide range of multimedia applications and content consumption. This screen has an excellent refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz, resulting in smooth visual transitions and quick touch interactions. Furthermore, it achieves peak brightness levels of up to 1,400 nits and a pixel density of 397 pixels per inch (ppi), resulting in rich and clear images.

In comparison, the Narzo 90x 5G has a bigger 6.80-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720×1,570 pixels and a faster refresh rate of 144 Hz. However, its peak brightness is limited to 1,200 nits, and it only supports 83% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.

The Realme Narzo 90 5G is powered by a sophisticated octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Max chipset designed on 6 nm technology, with a Mali G57 MC2 GPU. This variant supports up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. In comparison, the Narzo 90x 5G has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which is similarly manufactured on 6 nm technology and has a maximum clock speed of 2.4 GHz. It has the same GPU, RAM, and storage capacity as the Narzo 90 5G, providing comparable performance.
