Samsung has expanded its A-Series in India with the launch of Galaxy A06 5G. The device is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. It runs on One UI 7 with Android 15 out of the box. In addition to this, the phone features a 90 Hz display, 5,000mAh battery and dual rear camera setup.

Samsung has introduced Galaxy A06 5G in India with a starting price of Rs 10,499 for the base 4GB RAM with 64GB storage option. There are two more variants 4GB RAM with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 11,499 and Rs 12,999 respectively. The handset will be available in three colour options Black, Gray, and Light Green.
The device will be available for purchase via Samsung’s official website and through leading online and offline retail partners in the country. The company will also provide one-year screen replacement for Rs 129 through Samsung Care+ worth Rs 699.

Samsung Galaxy A06 5G features a 6.7-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a dew-drop notch. The panel has 90Hz refresh rate support, 20:9 aspect ratio and 800 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, there is MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There is a RAM Plus feature which allows RAM to be expanded up to 12GB virtually. The smartphone runs on Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. The company will also provide 4 years of software and security upgrades.

The handset comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For taking selfies it has a front facing 8-megapixel sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy A06 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging support. The device features IP54 dust and water resistance. It includes support for 12 5G bands and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication.
