Samsung officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy M36 5G in India, powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset. The latest smartphone features a 120Hz AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Plus. It boasts a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. The mobile runs on Android 15, based on OneUI 7 out of the box. It comes with a triple rear camera setup that is led by a 50-megapixel main camera and also has a 12-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies.

The Samsung Galaxy M36 5G price in India starts at Rs 16,499 for the base 6GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at Rs 22,999. There are two more variants, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage, priced at Rs 17,999 and Rs 20,999, respectively.

The device will be available for purchase via Samsung.com, Amazon and at select retail stores starting July 12. It is offered in three colour options: Orange Haze, Serene Green, and Velvet Black.

Samsung Galaxy M36 5G Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy M36 5G features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display with 1,080×2,340 pixels of resolution. The screen supports a refresh rate of 120Hz and has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus Plus protection. Under the hood, there is an Exynos 1380 processor with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The phone runs on One UI 7 based on Android 15. The company is promising to provide 6 years of software upgrades and 6 years of security fixes.

For the photos and videos, Samsung Galaxy M36 5G flaunts a vertically aligned triple camera setup on its rear. The camera system includes a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 5-megapixel macro shooter. For selfies, there is a 12-megapixel front-facing camera.

Over that, the Samsung Galaxy M36 houses a 5,000mAh battery that has 45W fast charging support. The device features a large vapour cooling chamber for efficient heat dissipation, ensuring lag-free gaming and smooth processing.

For people who are worried about security, Samsung’s Galaxy M36 5G will feature Samsung Knox Vault, a hardware-based security system, providing comprehensive protection against both hardware and software attacks, and Samsung’s Tap & Pay feature with Samsung Wallet for secure payments.
