Samsung has expanded its Fan Edition series in India with the launch of the much-awaited Galaxy S24 FE. The handset is a toned-down variant of the regular Galaxy S24 smartphone however it looks very similar to it. The phone comes equipped with an Exynos 2400e processor. It is packed with all the major Galaxy AI features and includes a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen. Moreover, there is a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen and a 50-megapixel main camera. The handset boasts a 4,700mAh battery as well.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has been launched in India in three different configurations- 8GB RAM with 128 GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256 GB storage, 8GB RAM with 512 GB RAM storage options. The phone comes in Blue, Graphite, Grey, Mint, and Yellow colour options. The company is yet to reveal the pricing however the sale will open on October 3 in the country.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 1,080 x 2,340 pixels of resolution. The panel comes with 120Hz Adaptive refresh rate (60/120Hz) support. It comes with a Vision Booster that optimises colour and contrast for clear and comfortable gaming even in sunlight. The Fan Edition phone runs on One UI 6.1 with Android 14 out of the box. Under the hood there is a 4nm deca-core Exynos 2400e SoC with Galaxy AI features like Generative Edit, Portrait Studio, Edit Suggestions, Interpreter, Circle to Search, Instant Slow-mo and more The Exynos 2400 series chipset enables Ray Tracing. There is a 1x larger vapor chamber that improves cooling to maintain peak performance for longer durations.

The triple rear camera set of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 12-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. There is a 10-megapixel sensor for taking selfies and making video calls.
