The Chinese smartphone company Samsung has expanded its portfolio with the introduction of two new tablets Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and Galaxy Tab S7 FE in the markets.
To recall Samsung Galaxy S7 FE 5G has been made available in Germany earlier this week only whereas the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has just been announced by the company. Both of them are a toned-down variant of original tabs available in the market Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 and Samsung Galaxy S7.

The Galaxy Tab S7 FE and Galaxy Tab A7 Lite are equipped with stunning features that are designed to meet the daily needs of consumers.”
Pricing and availability
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has been launched at GBP 149 that translates to Rs. 60,600 for the WiFi model while the LTE model will be available at GBP 179 that translates to Rs. 18,400. Both the variants will be available in two colour options of Grey and Silver.
On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy S7 FE 5G will come with a price tag of GBP 589 Rs. 60,600 translates to Rs 60,600 for the 4GB RAM with a 64GB internal storage option. The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant will come at GBP 629 that translates to Rs. 64,700. These options will be offered in different shades of Mystic Black, Mystic Silver, Mystic Green, and Mystic Pink colours.
The Tab S7 FE will be up for pre-orders starting June 2. Both the tablets are said to be available for purchase in the UK starting June 18 and will also be made available in the select market from next.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G specifications
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G features a 12.4-inch WQXGA TFT display with 2,560×1,600 pixels of resolutions. The tablet run Samsung One UI based on top of Android 11. The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage options. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card.

In terms of imaging, there is an 8-megapixel main rear sensor that supports 1080p video recording at 30fps. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel camera sensor for taking selfies. Similar to its siblings this tablet also has an S-Pen Samsung DeX app support. There are dual speakers on the Galaxy S7 FE 5G that are optimised by AKG.
On the connectivity front, there is Bluetooth v5, USB Type-C port, Gigabit Wi-Fi among others. The device packs a 10,090mAh battery with 45W fast charging support and offers up to 12 hours of runtime via the cellular network.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite specifications
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite will run Samsung One UI based on top of Android 11. It will have a MediaTek Helio P22T paired with up to and 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. This can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card.

The imaging department has been taken care of by the 8-megapixel main rear sensor and a 5-megapixel camera sensor for taking selfies.
In terms of connectivity, there is 4G LTE (optional), Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack. While the sensors onboard include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and a magnetometer. The device is backed by a 5,100mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. There are dual stereo speakers backed by Dolby Atmos.
