Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition, launched in India, featuring an 8-inch screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 display protection and a user-replaceable 5,050mAh battery. The device comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance with MIL-STD-810H certification. It comes with Android 15-based One UI 7, seven years of OS upgrades, and is compatible with an IP68-rated S Pen. It also supports No-Battery Mode and comes with a customizable Active Key for Push-to-Talk capabilities.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition has launched in India at a starting price of Rs 49,999 for the base 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant. The price of the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage is set at Rs 56,999. The device will be available for purchase via the company’s official website. The Galaxy Tab Active5 Enterprise Edition is currently up for pre-booking.

Additionally, the tab offers a 12-month complimentary subscription to Knox Suite Enterprise Security Platform worth Rs 4515, ensuring enterprises benefit from premium-grade device protection.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition has an 8-inch WUXGA TFT LCD screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio, up to 120Hz refresh rate, and Touch Sensitivity capability. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Under the hood, there is a 5nm Octa-Core Processor, up to 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage that can be upgraded up to 1TB with a microSD card. The tab operates on One UI 7 and Android 15. The smartphone will receive seven years of significant OS upgrades. The tablet also has military-grade durability (MIL-STD-810H) and IP68-certified S Pen compatibility.

The tab has an all-day replaceable battery and a No-Battery Mode for continuous operation, making it ideal for a variety of applications, including vehicle automation, public safety, defence, retail kiosks, factory floors, logistics hubs, and rural visits. Samsung’s Enterprise Edition comes with a 36-month warranty, including 12 months on the battery.

The device includes loud, clear speakers that are ideal for busy locations such as factories or construction sites, as well as programmed keys with Push-to-Talk functionality for fast team communication.

The Galaxy Tab Active5 Enterprise Edition includes a one-year free subscription to Brity Works, a SaaS-based collaboration service created by Samsung SDS. It also includes two months of free access to the Generative AI-powered Brity Copilot, which improves productivity and streamlines work processes. The bundle also includes a complimentary push-to-talk service cloud subscription valid until December 2025, as well as a 50% discount on Google Workspace for small and medium-sized organisations.

The Tab Active 5 Enterprise Edition has a 13-megapixel rear camera with an f/1.9 aperture and an LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
