Samsung launched exclusive content inspired by Stranger Things Season 5 for Galaxy devices

This offer is time-limited and available to users who download or launch the Netflix app.

Samsung Electronics and Netflix are marking the last season of “Stranger Things” by providing exclusive themes and wallpapers to Samsung Galaxy customers in 186 countries. For a limited time, fans may download these features for free from the Galaxy Store using the Netflix app starting January 12.

Samsung’s exclusive Netflix series “Stranger Things” digital collection comprises a full system theme and five distinct wallpapers featuring the show’s primary characters and famous locations such as Hawkins and the Upside Down. The theme, designed to evoke the eerie atmosphere of the 1980s, is compatible with Galaxy handsets running Android 15 and 16, with wallpapers available for devices running Android 8 or later. This themed content will be available from January 12 through February 22, 2026, in Netflix-supported regions, with the goal of increasing user interaction through high-quality digital assets honouring the series.

Samsung and Netflix have been working together for a long time to provide intriguing and high-quality content based on famous television series. Their most recent project together was adding additional themes to the worldwide hit “KPop Demon Hunters.” The collaboration builds on their past work together, which includes a partnership that started to celebrate the release of Season 4 of the hit show “Stranger Things.” This history of working together shows that both organisations are dedicated to improving the user experience by producing new themed offerings that are connected to big content releases.
