Sales of household equipment, notably air conditioners, increased by 30%, owing to reasons such as lower Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates, improved warranty benefits, and an emphasis on energy efficiency.
Samsung claimed a strong start to festive sales, citing high customer attitude, enticing promotional offers, and GST rate reductions for televisions and air conditioners. It was reported that premium smartphone sales reached a new high during the Navratri and Dussehra festivities. This spike was largely driven by the Galaxy AI-powered portfolio, which includes the Z Fold 7 folding smartphone, as well as the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S24 series.

Furthermore, Samsung emphasised its Bespoke AI appliances, which are aimed at improving user experiences by offering four major benefits: Easy, Care, Save, and Secure, to enrich and simplify consumers’ lives via the use of artificial intelligence.
